Licensed massage therapist, working on my personal training certification and yoga teacher training.
I run, lift, stretch, punch, and kick.

That should be a real sport.

I found your page from a Vegan Protein Powder post... good job on all the certifications. I am also a massage therapist and someday hope to move toward being a personal trainer... thanks for being inspiring ;)

You changed yours too. I like it. =)

I tried adding my husband to Spark yesterday but he doesn't have any interest in it. Oh well, it will be just like all the other accounts I have opened for him across the internet. I will write in his responses for him. LOL

Enjoy your day,
Mandy

What a great tip on using cream cheese instead of shortening! Thanks!

Congrats PAN_MEI. I was seeing all your consistency awards, great work. Among other things. I guess Kung Fu really teaches discipline (ot is it the other way around, you got into Kung Fu because you're disciplined?).
