My short term goals: 1. Drink 8 glasses of water instead of soda 2. Try portion control 3. move, move, move 4. take at the very least 30 min. to do some kind of exercise 5. Lose about 50 lbs. Long Term Goals: 1. Get to my perfect weight of 165 lbs. 2. An attainable exercise program

Hello there and Welcome to the Yakima Team! My name is Karrilee and I am the Yakima's Finest Team leader... I see that you are hoping to make the Team Lunch this Wed - (and yes, bring your son!) - I am not able to make it this time - but we are also due for another Team Walk soon as well as maybe a coffee date!
