Feet don't Fail Me Now!

This is my FOURTH year on SparkPeople. I achieved my goal weight in 2012, and since then, I have generally maintained. My new goal is to regain the muscle tone I've lost and create an even healthier, fuller life for myself. SparkPeople has truly changed my life--sometimes it has been the only "place" for me to come and interact with positive people who want to make healthier choices.
My advice to newer Sparkers is to never give up. This is LIFE not a RACE, and life has ups and downs. ...

My Program:
Until my P90x arrives, I am doing a combination of Spark's Cardio Blast DVD, Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltown, & ChaLEAN extreme. I am eating well and staying within all my ranges.
p-90x will arrive in mid April.

Personal Information:
I love old movies and trying new foods and restaurants. I'm working on doing the latter in a non-destructive, weight-loss friendly way!

The thing about my brain catching up, or not, really helped get me moving yesterday. Just gotta make myself understand that my brain isn't always going to want to do the right thing, and I have to do it anyway.

Doubling up on the yoga mat is not a bad idea. If my knees hurt again I may do that at the next class. Thanks for the idea!

I love TJ Maxx! I've never seen any plus size workout stuff there, but when I can fit into normal sized workout stuff, I"ll totally check them out.
