This year's holiday season has been rough. I definitely over-ate at nearly every meal and gained back 2 of the 4 pounds that I had lost before the break. But luckily, the New Year is coming up, allowing me to start on a clean slate, and I am making the commitment to lose the weight in early 2010.

Week 1/1/10 of 2010: Goal: 137 pounds. DONE
Week 1/8/10 of 2010: Goal: 136 pounds. DONE
Week 1/15/10 of 2010: Goal: 135 pounds. DONE
Week 1/22/10 of 2010: Goal: 134 ...

Week 2/12/10 of 2010: Goal: 131 pounds.
Week 2/19/10 of 2010: Goal: 130 pounds.
Week 2/26/10 of 2010: Goal: 129 pounds.
Week 3/5/10 of 2010: Goal: 128 pounds.

I have an important conference on March 17th where I will meet up with dozens of old classmates and I want to impress them as well as challenge myself. This plan will test my commitment and strength.

I've been struggling with my weight for a while. I weigh 138 pounds. I always lack confidence and believe that getting to 128 pounds will really give me my self-esteem back. I have been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully for 3 years, and this is the moment when I will truly start.

My Goals:
Reach 128 pounds.

Eat under 1600 calories every day and track ALL FOODS.

Exercise 30-45 minutes every day.
20-30 will be running & walking, and the rest will be strength training (every other day).



My Program:
I'm following the Spark Diet plans . I'm realizing where I've gone wrong in the past and trying to improve in these areas: for instance, I've given up snacking, as well as eating when I'm full.

Chew gum, drink tea, eat salad and fruits, and be, look, and feel healthy! :D



Other Information:
I love classical music, as well as hiphop, rap, rock, and pop. Anything that gets me going is good in my book.

My favorite shows are The Office, The Simpsons, Family Guy, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, America's Next Top Model... etc.
