I want, I need to be adaptable, there are always going to be things popping up each day that I did not expect and I need to adapt and be flexible and willing to adjust my day to fit in the things that I need to do to have a healthy day. Maybe I'll need to adjust my exercise time so I can fit in some exercise or change a meal so I can stay within my calorie range, whatever it may be I need to keep the word adaptable in my mind when these things come up. I did find it funny when my post disappeared that I had the opportunity to put my word to work all ready. I am now ready for the new year of 2014 and wish everyone of you a successful one.

Hi, Shirl. Hahaha...we both posted Wednesday challenges today. So funny. I was sitting on the Hope Bus and it was quiet. I decided to surprise everyone by showing up. Hahaha.

Hope all is well with you & your DH.

Hugs.

Hi, Shirl. Brrrr...though as I listen to the weather report this morning, they are saying we may drop to the 30s overnight on Friday. Hoping they are wrong!

I really enjoyed seeing my cousins. Louie is one of my two favorite cousins and I've missed him. It was also so wonderful to see how much they loved my new apartment.

Yes, we went to the Chowder Bowl on Friday evening. Yum! They are only open until September 27th so we are hoping to get there at least twice more. Yesterday was a quiet day at home with John - Katie hid the entire day, which upsets John. This morning is church, meeting a friend for breakfast, then errands. Hoping to figure out how to change the filter in my vacuum so I can get the rug in the living room & the runner in the hallway cleaned.

Have a serene Sunday! Hugs & blessings.

Hi Shirl; thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog Veterans reunion. I am very proud of all our veterans and their families. I want you to know the service your husband gave to his country can never be repaid, nor can your love and support ever be repaid. Families of veterans are special people. They deal with special issues that others do not. Thank you and your husband. Hugs Pat

Hi Shirl. Yes summer has gone fast. I didn't get everything done that I wanted to do. I had the inside of my house painted and bought new blinds. Had a new grandnephew in June and still haven't been down to see him. My kids and grandkids have been here a lot this summer as usual.
I hope we don't have as cold of a winter as last year.
Our town has Thurs. night concerts downtown too. There is something going on every weekend here in the summer which is nice.
I haven't been on SP much lately but need to get back to tracking.
Take care. Mary :)
