I want, I need to be adaptable, there are always going to be things popping up each day that I did not expect and I need to adapt and be flexible and willing to adjust my day to fit in the things that I need to do to have a healthy day. Maybe I'll need to adjust my exercise time so I can fit in some exercise or change a meal so I can stay within my calorie range, whatever it may be I need to keep the word adaptable in my mind when these things come up. I did find it funny when my post disappeared that I had the opportunity to put my word to work all ready. I am now ready for the new year of 2014 and wish everyone of you a successful one.

Hey Shirl,
Wanted to drop by and say hello. School is very demanding of my time and energies! I told Wanda that I just now went to check my personal e-mail account and saw that Marla had passed. Made me think about my spark beginnings and my dear friends. My intention is to try and fit some sparking in, but I'm not sure I'll even be able to. I'll be heading up to New York next week to visit family for the month of July and when I return to Texas, it's right back to school business! My full life is a blessing and it also is tiring! I am grateful for you faithfulness to spark. Happy to be able to connect, if only just for a moment.
Much love to you,
Nancy

shirl - it was nice to see your comment on my page ... I've been off Sparks for awhile but am still doing yoga and eating as well as I can ... I've been on 50% workload reduction this year and just went back to 100% so that's been a big adjustment ... thanks for checking in - I will do a blog post once I'm back from visiting my parents in Ottawa - my Dad is pretty ill right now.

I hope you are well & thanks again - so nice to hear from you:)

I imagine we will have a growing season of 8 - 10 weeks. emoticon Unfortunately July and August will be so hot that everything will burn up. Can you believe that on Tuesday it was 31C/90F and on Thursday it snowed during the night.
