Shout it out!

It's 2015 and it's going to be a great one. I know there will be ups and downs (and not just on the scale!) but I really want to keep at it.

I am struggling to let go of my perfectionism and working on fixing my negative attitude. It hasn't helped me my entire life, so why am I letting it control me?? I

Hoping to find others who struggle with the same thing so that we can be each other's buddies, and I will always be a part of spark people for the great community here! ...

emoticon Yes , I do 4 sets of 20 reps for a total of 80 squats. Each week I try to add 10 more so next week , I'll be doing 90 squats per day with rest days included of course. emoticon

Thanks for the note on my blog.

You are so right, Easter is one of the hardest times of the year for me. I have to face the Reeses eggs. Those are my ultimate candy addiction. Knowing that they are just that, an ADDICTION, I have resolved myself to NOT buy them, regardless of how cheap they go on sale. All it takes is ONE. Then I am hooked and I have to have another and another and.........

No more of that. I want to live happily and HEALTHY. No more poisoning myself.
