Shout it out!

It's 2015 and it's going to be a great one. I know there will be ups and downs (and not just on the scale!) but I really want to keep at it.

I am struggling to let go of my perfectionism and working on fixing my negative attitude. It hasn't helped me my entire life, so why am I letting it control me?

Hoping to find others who struggle with the same thing so that we can be each other's buddies, and I will always be a part of spark people for the great community here! ...

My Goals:
Currently: 75.5 (March 1st 2015)

Aim: 60 (Dec 2015)


Goal List: Run half marathon again and beat my time last year (14kms @ 1hr:45min!)

Plank for 5 mins



My Program:
20-30 mins of interval training (mix of strength & cardio moves) 6 days a week

So far it has been 7 days a week. Will be aiming to do that, and an additional run in the evenings 2-3 times a week.

I'm just an Aussie girl trying to drop off the extra kilos that have been my lifelong companion!

I love music from all over the world, especially jpop and kpop. I like fashion and video games, halloween, reading, I'm shy but I am working on it!

Thanks for the blog post encouragement! I know I can complete a 5 mile race by June, if I faithfully stick to my training. Wow, you've run a half marathon. That's absolutely amazing. Hopefully, I'll be able to do that one day. emoticon emoticon
