30 Before 30!!!
UPDATE - 9/22/10 So...here I go again on my own!!! Love that song...Well I am back, and I have an new challenge for myself...I am GOING to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday next September. I know this should be maintainable before then, and actually plan on getting it off way before then, When I lose this 30 lbs I will be 140 lbs, which is an ideal weight for me but I would like to be at a weight between 130 & 140...I also have my sisters wedding that I am in in October of next year, ...

So what a crock....I hate this weight loss thing....I woke up this morning got on the scale and gained back almost a full 15 pounds of what I had lost over the fall....I can't believe I am back here...I saw what I did...I can still see it...I ate the cheeseburgers days in a row, and the brownies, and the cakes and cookies from Thanksgiving and X-mas....and the only thing I kept telling myself is that I will fix this at the beginning of the year again...what is the point of watching what you eat when you know you messed up at the end of the year with all the festivities going on...well I should've at least drank more water...I feel awful and I know that weight will come back off within a couple of weeks...but the point was that I didn't want to lose what I had already thought was gone...HOW IN THE WORLD AM I GOING TO STOP THIS ONCE I REACH MY GOAL POINT??? I thought I already learned my lesson at least so I could stay dormant for a couple of weeks and then lose the rest of my weight...but it is harder than it looks and I should know I have been playing this game for way to long...but I know how good it feels when you lose it and how much confidence I had when I walked into a store and I could get into the size 11 pants...so here I go again...I want to feel good!!!! I just have to make the time for it again... Hello All... My name is Melissa....I am 27...married with 2 boys (2 & 7)...and I weigh 180...my goal is 130 or less but not by much we will just see how easy it is to get to that first. I have always felt like a big girl..now looking back I wish I could change my ways and feel better about where I was...My husband tells me that I am fine and that I don't need to worry about my weight, but I can't ignore that I should be lighter and healthier...I want to be able to go to a store and find something and look good in it...Not leave the store crying because I have to go to the big girl section...I have had a really crappy go at it recently I have not kept to the game plan and need to change my attitude...this summer I had great sucess losing weight..everybody noticed that I had lost weight but I have lost the motivation that I had during the summer and need to gain it back... My motivation for this weight loss is 165 - Book (Last Harry Potter or Twilight) 155 - Tanning Package 145 - Highlights in Hair 135 - 3 New Outfits
