Get some support for changing my eating habits and rational exercises. Every time I add a new exercise, I come up with a new injury which restricts ALL exercise until it heals.
do more walking, do less smoking... change my thoughts around eating.
I still can't figure out how to put my exercise on this thing -- the goals I set are either not configurable in SP terms or I can't enter my activity ... I am committed to x steps per week, and they want x furlongs per fortnight or some such silly thing. I also cannot get anyone at SP to answer my questions...
