My Goals:
My goals are simple (yet hard to accomplish):

1. To lose about 150 pounds.

2. To get healthy, lower my blood pressure and cholesterol.

3. To be able to go for a bike ride with my son.

4. To be around for my son for many more years.

5. To be able to buy clothes in the "normal" sizes.

My Program:
I have also tried to learn portion control. I am having difficulty with this. I am doing much better with this now.

I am reducing my "bad" food intake and increasing my "good" food intake.

I am trying to be more active. Trying to exercise 3 - 5 times a week.

I live in the NE Wisconsin area.

Hmm just tried to leave a message so if you get two - oh well twice the compliments emoticon

So glad to see that you are hitting your stride in the month of August. Your sticking with SP when times were tough is paying off and it sounds like the rehab is a positive in treating some of those aches and pains that exercise has been producing.
