Fitrus: fitness and citrus love!

I'm a 22-year-old college student. I have been overweight almost all of my life. Now that I'm entering adulthood, I am hoping to finally get fit and healthy. Thanks for commenting on my blog! I definitely think that planning out my calories and preparing my food ahead of time helps. I sort of enjoy it too measuring it all out and putting away my tiny containers into the refrigerator LOL. It's definitely easier for me to stay on track when I have it all planned out and all I have to do is stick to it.
