Learning how to better love ME

I'm a 22-year-old college student. I have been overweight almost all of my life. Now that I'm entering adulthood, I am hoping to finally get fit and healthy. I'm fed up with being anxious about going places that have weight limits for things. I aspire to be a good role model to others and to be happy and confident with my own abilities.
I love the color orange and spending time with family and friends. I'm even starting to enjoy running! I'm hoping this site will give me the support and ...

My Goals:
My goals are to feel better about myself and my body and be the best me I can be, which means making better life decisions. I want to be able to run without stopping, to climb stairs without feeling winded, and to wake up every day stronger than the last.

I would ideally like to be somewhere around 150.

1. Try to drink 8 glasses of water and stay away from soda

2. Exercise at least 4 days a week

3. Make healthier choices when going out to eat

4. Combine running/biking with workout DVDs and other activities
