My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthy life style. Stop the yo-yo diet thing. Be a happier person. Figure out what my purpose is. Be more positive with myself and others. Figure out how to enjoy life without the REWARD BEING FOOD! Continue exercising like I am.

My Program:
I have been eating a healthy diet most of the time. I track all of my meals, snacks and fitness. I exercise at least 6 days a week. Must stay positive.

Other Information:
I am not giving up!

Hi, just wanted to let you know I'm off spark for a while. Well actually I'm still logging food and my exercise. Just don't have the time to be on here so much. I also, plan on trying my best to just eye my food and log the following day to see if I know what to do without sticking to a plan for the day.

Thanks for the comment on my blog, ya my resistance is at 5 instead of 7, putting on the 11-lbs really put a damper to my style :). Will you be okay with your foot and all??? How is it feeling? #1 friend :)

Hi there, I guess I have decided to stay on spark and log my food, but will try and incorporate more proteins/veggies with as many meals a possible!

I did order Richard Simmons "Sweatin to the Oldies", I used that over 20 years ago and loved it...I had it on VHS which I don't own, so they had a 20 year anniversary selling it on DVD, plus a toning one with bands. I need to move in other ways as well..I'm getting so stiff these days..

Have a blessed new year's..let me know when you are back on and I'll move you to #1 spot again :)..
