Hi, just wanted to let you know I'm off spark for a while. Well actually I'm still logging food and my exercise. Just don't have the time to be on here so much. I also, plan on trying my best to just eye my food and log the following day to see if I know what to do without sticking to a plan for the day.

Hi there, I guess I have decided to stay on spark and log my food, but will try and incorporate more proteins/veggies with as many meals a possible!
I did order Richard Simmons "Sweatin to the Oldies", I used that over 20 years ago and loved it...I had it on VHS which I don't own, so they had a 20 year anniversary selling it on DVD, plus a toning one with bands. I need to move in other ways as well..I'm getting so stiff these days..
