My Goals:
Focus on something other than weight for a while - like running 20 miles by the end of the year!

My Program:
Excercise - cardio as often as possible, even if it's just a walk! Strength training 2 or 3 times a week, as well as the occasional pilates video (helps my bad back).

Personal Information:
Fitness is tough - all my favorite past times are sedentary - cross stitch, knitting, reading, writing, cooking, computer games. I have a very supportive and fit husband though!

thanks for your comments on Busy Busy Busy. You know I had those same thoughts in the gym or when I see someone exercising wherever, but that did not come to my mind when I was out there yesterday. I'll have to file those thoughts for next time.
