Thanks for your comment on my blog. I will try it that way and see how it works. 30 minute workout every day for 21 days. Can do more but have to do 30 minutes a day! Does that sound like a good start?
(I already drink 8-9 glasses of water daily, and now that I think about it, that has become a good habit!!)

Okay - I'll hold you to that. There are a lot of days where I need soneone to just say "do it". I'm glad that I could help; afterall, isn't that what it's all about??
Have a great run,
Blessings,
Candy

Hi there- Dont worry about those steps back and the scale. I only do an official weigh in once a week. When you make a mistake (3 or 4 or 5 steps back) then you can see recovery and even progress still if you give it some more time. You can always check in with me, I am doing the spardiet and its working for me alot. Ive lost 40 pounds since july (maybe more today is weigh in day). I will be here to offer you support. The good news is for sure that you keep on trying! If you dont give up and you get into the routine you will succeed! I found that the spark diet stage goals have really given me new habits just like they are called "healthy habits". I weigh amd measure my food and it has made a dramatic difference (and I discovered that the amount of servings in a package isnt always what it says! But they are usually close- I was just happy when I finally got measuring sppons and a scale).
SO good luck! Dont be afraid to try the spark diet! Look at me it works!

God bless!
Mrs. K
