Getting Down Upstate
I'm so tired. Tired of carrying all this extra around, tired of shopping at the big girl store and tired of opting out so I don't stick out. I am so ready for a change!! Starting Weight 232. Goal Weight 130. Notable changes - 163 when I go from obese to overweight 136 when I enter normal (haven't been at this weight since junior high).

My Goals:
To get to a healthy place before I get married and become a mom!
My Program:
Maintain a weekly 7,000 calorie deficit in order to average a 2LB a week loss. Through weight training 3 days a week and average 60 min of various intensity cardio a day. Stay within Calorie Range!
