Hi Again! Thanks for the message on my page. Unfortunately my hubby has health issues and doesn't work out, so I feel like I'm in this a bit on my own. It would be great to have a workout buddy. When it is summer, I play golf and walk the course, so it gets me outside and walking.
How do you juggle your book, knitting, and gardening hobbies with your workouts? Seems like there isn't enough time in the day. 2385 days ago
HI! Thanks for the note on my page. It's awesome that you work out as a family and have time before the kids come home. I work 12 hours a day most of the time, so it's really hard. I get up at 6:15 and am at work at 8am and come home around 7/8pm. I hate to take an hour after I get home to work out because that means I'm isolated from everything that is going on at home. My energy level is also depleted. I'm not a morning person so I don't think that working out is an option. I've started to alternate doing weights one day and walking on the treadmill the next.
I've also had trouble staying between 1100-1300 calories. 2392 days ago
