Going to set short challenges for myself. I am going to take it 10 days at a time.
Crazy, but I missed close to a whole year on Spark. Ready to try it again.
I am worth this. I want to do this for me. I've spent a lot of time reflecting on my life and the people in it. I am a stronger person for it and must continue to seek my peace.

I have to work hard to establish some sort of routine in my life. I will have to do that to reach my goals. I am truly blessed.

Track food and eat within calorie range.
Remind myself that I can do this.
