Hi, I'm Lacey. I just recently turned 27 and I've been overweight for most of my life. Somedays I'm okay will it but mostly I just feel uncomfortable in my own body and ashamed of myself for letting thing go this far. I want to be healthy but more then that I just want to be comfortable with myself. I am hoping that with positive thinking and a good attitude I can be more active, feel better about myself and help me be less shy!

My two main goals are to be under 213 pounds by christmas 2012 and be in good enough shape to join a local soft ball team by next summer!

My Goals:
To be healthy and happy, inside and out.



My Program:
I'm not going to set a goal for weight loss just because I don't think it's reasonable to predetermine how much I should lose, everyone's body is different and I don't want to set a goal that I'm not sure I can achieve because I know I'll be disappointed. I'm not saying that setting weight loss goals are a bad thing but it doesn't work for me.

Fitness Goal

1. Walk Pond Trail three times a week - total miles = 5.1

2. Do strength training 3xtimes a week


Nutrition Goals

1. Stay within my Calorie range and track everything

2. Keep drinking lots of water/avoid soda, even diet.

3. Watch sodium and sugar intake

4. Make sure I am getting enough protein!

5. Always eat breakfast

Other Goals

1. Make sure I always get at least 8 hour sleep and get up at a decent hour!

2. Keep smiling!

That is so exciting, huge congrats! I totally understand how easy it is to leave spark when you have much more important things going on in your life. I'm sorry you've been feeling crappy but I Hope you are feeling better soon!
