The only night of the whole cruise I felt presentable, and then the pctures come back and I see what I really was, delusional.
...just not what I look like.
Accept the slow loss but live the Spark life daily. Keep at it! Focus on inches instead of pounds.
Do all the challenges & goals I can find...
...join the active teams...stick with cardio 6 days & strength every-other as a baseline to all other challenges & streaks. Don't dream it, be it.
