FRESH START IN PROGRESS!!!
I'm every Women- Wife/ Mother/ Sister/Teacher/Grandma/Caregiver, etc.,etc.,etc...I'm a surviver of many things, I just have to figure out how to Stay within my Healthy Weight Range. Three times in my life I have dropped more than 60 pounds & gained more than 60 pounds. But those days are over, it's time to get Healthy & Stay Healthy!!!
Figure out how to make it all work & maintain it for the rest of my LIFE!
The next one would be, Leading by Example, and inspiring my students!

When I'm not teaching I mix up my personal workouts. I enjoy, Bootcamp, kickboxing , interval, pilates, & kettlebell workouts to name a few .
At 200 lbs.I earned a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. I teach Kickboxing, Group Fitness classes, & a Yoga Stretch Class. I'm also Certified in Step & Spinning. I weight train 6 days a week, I may not be, THIN, but I am Strong!
Add certified Body Balance/ Body Flow & TRX instructor !!!

Reading, Pictures, Sewing, Shopping, & going to Steeler Games!!!!!!
