1 Step Back, 2 Steps Forward

I started my weight loss journey in 2012, and by my first SparkVersary had lost a total of 6kg (~13lb). I celebrated my second SparkVersary on 11 February 2014 with a further 6kg loss. I earned my 15kg badge on 23 April 2014.

Then Life, The Universe, and Everything got hard.

So here I am 20 January 2015 to start over, having regained 10 of the 15kg lost.

===Food===
5:2 Intermittent Fasting diet - Fast days are Monday and Thursday. Eating within Spark People calorie range on other days.

===Focus===
Being strong. I have mastered Pilates roll-ups, now I'm improving the length of time I can do planks and I would like to do at least one burpee with good form!

===Fitness===
Cycle to work/uni every day. Attempting to improve on my time of 35 minutes.

Spark People 'Exercise of the Day' and videos.

BeFit in 90 workout system 5/week

===Fun===
Don't see my 'fitness' minutes as exercise alone, but activities in which I wish to participate and have fun.

Insatiable curiosity and delight in learning new things, such that I am a committed dilettante.

Thanks for thinking of me and sending a spark goodie! I find it so interesting that I started doing better (as in making better choices) as soon as I left the competition. It's like my self-imposed pressure in the comp was adding to my poor decision making ability. So weird I'm glad we met through the team - a definite positive. Have a lovely evening. Lisa
