I'm now a fodmapper. That is, for the next six weeks I will be eating a low fodmap diet.

This is not a weight loss diet, but to see if I can get my life back diet.

It's prescriptive, in that it is for six weeks only. After that, under the guidance of a dietician, I will be adding back the foods that were eliminated to see which foods are the ones that cause me issues.

I have put my weight loss goals on hold. However, I will continue to be mindful of what I'm eating and keep an eye on portion sizes.

Low FODMAP (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyols) up until 27 March 2017. See http://www.med.monash.edu/cecs/gastr
o/fodmap/low-high.html and being mindful particularly of portion sizes.

===Focus===
Being resilient.

===Fitness===
Cycle to work/uni every day. Attempting to improve on my time of 35 minutes.

Spark People 'Exercise of the Day' and videos.

BeFit in 90 workout system 5/week or strength exercises (lower body, core, upper body).

===Fun===
Don't see my 'fitness' minutes as exercise alone, but activities in which I wish to participate and have fun.
