Fat Goes Bye-Bye

I am a 42 year old, fed up with weight male. I've recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and working very hard to stay off medication.

I didn't make it, I went from an A1C of 10.4 down to a 7.6 which is a significant change just by diet and exercise but not fast enough to keep the risk of not using medication from being a reality.

My current goal is go lose 30 lbs in one year and be off Metformin. I know I can do it.

I was looking at your food tracker. That Kirkland Chicken in a can, hows it compare to fresh chicken breasts in the meat case? Price and tastewise?
