I'm an active 60 something gma. I want to lose 10-15 pounds. I want to be stronger, healthier and have better muscle tone.
I am now in maintence phase. I have graduated from the first 90 days and onward to better understanding of myself and strength to continue on my healthy lifestyle journey, I am not at goal yet but I am very close. It will come in time, I am not going to worry or become anxious.

Thanks, Ali, for the comment on my blog. My hubby likes eggplant but I've never even been brave enough to try it! I recently subscribed to eMeals. We've been trying the Mediterranean meal plans. So far, we've tried the chicken marinara sandwiches and whole wheat fettuccine with Parmesan cheese and asparagus. It is a really nice change from the Mexican dishes my husband likes. Luckily, he is willing to try new things!
