3. Exercise 45 min a day every day
4. Eat more vegetables and fruits
5. Eat 1 whole cucumber a day
6. Sleep more
7. Do yoga
8. Relax more
9. Follow the Spark People diet
10. Run 2 times a week
11. Start going to pool and swim
12. Do strength training every day!

My Program:
What is your exercise plan?
-Monday, Wednesday & Friday- 30 min on elliptical trainer
-Tuesday and Thursday- 75 min Yoga, 60 min walk
-Saturday- 60 min run or 60 min on elliptical trainer
-Sunday- 60 min Walk Away the Pounds
- at least 10 min a day on hectic or migraine days


-Spark Diet 1520-1870 calories
