Hi my name is Zoe. I join spark people a while ago knowing i had a poor diet and lack of exercise. I began reading the spark 28 day break through plan and became really inspired. Not long after joining tragedy hit when my father died of massive heart attack at the age of 54. It was sudden and unexpected and at the time I was not in a position to carry on with the spark. However after coming to terms with my loss I am even more driven to get fit and healthy as my father and I had pretty similar life styles. I know he wouldn't want the same think to happen to me. So although I don't think I'm over weight I most certainly need to make changes to lead a more health proactive lifestyle.

So today I'm starting at the beginning of the book - week one fast track goals!

My Goals:
1. Nutritional goal
Eat a breakfast thats high in fibre and protein

2. Fitness goal
Exercise for 10 minutes everyday

3. Motivational Goal
Read a motivational story or book

My Program:
This week in line with my goals I'm eating a proper breakfast as breakfast has always been a meal I have skipped. If I have felt hungary on a mrning I will grab a cake or doughnut at work.

I never exercise even at work I sit down for most of the day and do nothing at home. I do have a bike so plan to ride to work 3 times a week (a 10 mile round trip) and do exercise which i can do from my home for the other 4 days.

The motivational book I have choose to read 'Letters to a young poet' more reading is also one of my long term goals as I don't do it enough.
