Just did a weigh in a seems like I gained 1.6lbs in 3 days, yeah it sucks but I'm not going to let the scale determine my weight. Last couple of days I felt pretty good and I am actually exercising everyday for at least 30 mins a day so i do know over time i can drop that weight. But one thing i have notice i still have my cravings with i need to get under control and i need to up my cardio. One flip side is i notice i have smoked less cigs a day.
