Bring on 2014

I have been on SparkPeople for a year now and it has been a pretty successful year - I lost 25lbs - OK so I gained 10lbs of that back again - but overall that's a win, right?!
The biggest thing for me though has been getting my fitness back, I am running 2-3 times per week and just loving how much fitter and healthier I feel in myself.
My goals for 2014 are to shift a few more pounds, slowly but surely, and to keep up with the running, but increasing the distance.
