I am doing so good. Between the hours I have put in exercising and the hours I have spent this past year at health classes with Kaiser I feel I am truly on my way. I have a health coach and she is great and very helpful. I have modified my intake of food by amount and type. Eating healthy is what I am saying. Also, I have increased my exercising by A LOT! My Goals:
My Goal for 2010 is just to get below 200 lbs. That is it. I'd be happy with that and it only requires a 5 lb drop so that is my goal. Doesn't sound like much but since I have been trying for many years I have decided on more realistic goals.

My Program:
I have recently had a big change in my life. I had my yearly blood test and things did not look good. I refuse to take more pills so I have gone Vegetarian (97%) just to get my numbers in line again. I am tying to adjust and eat less all at the same time. Well see how it goes.

Other Information:
I love to read. I read my bible daily. My favorite Author is Jamie Langston Turner, but I also like Ted Dekker and Tim Downs, Sue Grafton. My favorite movie is Sense and Sensibility.

Great news on the EKG. How old were you the 1969 photo. I graduated high school that year and then married my first husband after graduation.
Health is so important because without health you really have nothing.

Thank you for the friend add I will add you as well. Hey we are almost the same age but I am 63 years old.
The best thing I have ever done for my health was to stop smoking and believe me losing weight after I stopped was easy.
Because I knew if I ate I would want a smoke so I ate very little at the beginning.

Here to support you in all the ways you need a Spark friend to lend a shoulder.

I am as healthy as a horse and work full time in retail management and up every day at four thirty and work until four everyday and have energy to burn when I get home and I am on my feet all but for my lunch break.
See if I can do this so can you, read my page for inspiration.
