My Goals:
Ultimately I just want to be healthy & happy with myself. My short term goal is to get to 180 which is what I weighed before I got married. I still have a long ways to go

My Program:
Mainly just watching my portions. My goal is to exercise at least 5 days a week. I also am working on drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day which has been very difficult for me in the past.

Other Information:
I think music is a huge part of my life it helps me think. I love doing things with my wonderful family, and my great friends. I enjoy being outdoors, I play xbox, & I love to cook!

way to go 10 lbs!!!! YAY!!! that's a big milestone huh?! thanks for the comment. hopefully once everything is over w-the house, i wont be as stressed cuz i know that is not helping one bit! i read some good articles that maybe will help me.

i am soooo frustrated! why am i not losing anything???? i sweat my butt off 5 days a week and eat the right things... i dont get it! ugh..
