That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.

_LINDA is tired after 230 fitness minutes and 2 hrs at the club, spins were 10/10/59, forgot my fitbit dongle at Mom's :-( was a great weekend there!

My Goals:
To stay as fit and healthy as my body will allow me.

Getting at least 60 minutes daily of exercise. DVD's and the elliptical as well as fitness classes at the gym when I can make it.
Walking and hiking a lot! I don't drive, so I walk every where I want to go!

My North thermometer registered in the 60's this AM. MUGGY outside, and cloudy.
I can't imagine 39 degrees. Well I don't like hiking in the heat at all. Which is why I head up the mountains during the summer. USUALLY I wear sunscreen, why I forgot it is beyond me. At least my arm is ok!

Thanks for your comments and suggestions. I do try to exercise first thing int he morning most days. But sometimes I'm too stiff/tired to get it done before work. I have been having more success with it this past week though.
