_LINDA is a SparkPeople Motivator!
Accurately tracking my food and fitness is what keeps me maintaining my weight loss. Thanks to Sparkpeople for getting me there!
Having RA since age 6.5, and years of hospital stays and surgeries (38 operations and counting) have kept me on a weight loss roller coaster my entire adult life. I have five artificial joints, but love to work out, the higher intensity the better. I have three forms of arthritis destroying my body, but fight to keep moving every body part they damage. That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.
I remain on Sparkpeople to keep up with the great friends I have made!! They are my role models and supporters Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read this!

Thank you for stopping by my blog Linda! I always appreciate it and I loved your comment. I agree with the morning ritual and I've been lax in keeping up with mine. You have spurred me on to not only have one, but to do it! It's one thing to have the tools at hand, but if you don't pick them up and use them, nothing gets built. Thank you. I hope all is well with you. :)

Thanks for your insight into the computer problem. My laptop is working much better after a week of rest! Probably coincidence. Although I had occasional issues, that cursor jumping around came up all of a sudden. My laptop is about 7 years old. The hinges have broken so that I can't close it and transport it. Also, some of the plastic has broken off the bottom. Perhaps I can work a new laptop into the budget soon. Thanks for your concern. Hope your mouse is behaving now!! Warmly, Marsha
