Typing with 1 Finger, No Friend Adds Please

Accurately tracking my food and fitness is what keeps me maintaining my weight loss. Thanks to Sparkpeople for getting me there!

Having RA since age 6.5, and years of hospital stays and surgeries (35 operations and counting) have kept me on a weight loss roller coaster my entire adult life. I have five artificial joints, but love to work out, the higher intensity the better. I have three forms of arthritis destroying my body, but fight against every body part they damage to keep moving. That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.
I can only type with two fingers so request you do not add me as friend as its all I can do to keep up with the great friends I already have!! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read this!

You and I share the same love of nature and "little things".

I just googled "solo wilderness travel" and it's amazing how many sites came up -- clearly not all for expensive stuff either.

Maybe planning a trip would help fill your recovery time??

Always so nice to hear from you.

Linda, I don't know if I will or not have someone to enjoy Thanksgiving with. I look at my husbands chair and wish he was in it.
Thanks for the comment on my blog. You are so thoughtful.

One finds a blog to like largely by accident, I'm afraid. A friend (like me) tells you that she has one, you start following it. THen you find others by accident, perhaps from reading those the other blogger has highlighted as favorites. But it sure took me longer to set my current blogs up than it did my SP one. SP makes it very easy, but is very hidden.
