Thanks for your support on my triathlon blog! I think the food tracker will be very helpful in making sure I eat enough calories to support my training and possibly also losing weight, if I set it to adjust to calories burned. But making sure I am supporting my training will be the primary consideration. And you are right, for a while my weight loss was stalled because I was gaining muscle - I was losing inches - but now it is just that I am eating too much. But onward and ... downward!
