I'm 43. I have 4 wonderful kids and a perfect grandbaby. I have a fantastic beau who I love with all my heart.

I have played the weight game for awhile now and am getting darn tired of all the start-overs.
I am putting my foot down and I am gonna be the boss of me!
I am tired of being ruled by my aches and pains and constant low energy level.
I have spent years getting to know myself and what I can and cannot handle physically and emotionally....not that I pay attention to my limits when in the moment, mind you! Haha!
I give great advice and am terrible at taking great advice...that's one of the big things I need to change about myself.

Your new job is someones old job.
Your new excuse is someones old excuse.
Your new health plan is someones old heath plan.
You may not be chartering new waters in finding the new you, but you can be positive and have fun along the way.

Evening Tracy! If you give up now, how will you ever know you could have succeeded? No matter the cost or sacrifice, keep pushing yourself beyond your own boundaries. Make this minute the minute of decision and break free of your self-made limitations!!

Hello Tracy. I thought I’d share a personal observation that seemed to have been a popular one. I hope you don’t mind if I share it again:

Every fat cell acquired through life is accompanied with either a good or bad memory. No wonder losing weight is such an emotional journey!

DON'T GIVE UP!!

Howdy Tracy! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!

It's super Saturday, Tracy! If you've ever been late for work. Late for a date. Felt too old to change. Missed the boat/train. Fell off the wagon. Took a sabbatical. Derailed while on vacation. Bad stuff happened in life. It’s okay to be late. All LATE stands for is:

L-augh
A-t
T-he
E-xperience

Then get back on track. There’s years worth of empty days ahead to fill will good positive choices!
