Thanks Rachel - I have been doing really good with working out/activities around the house, but my eating habits have been up and down - My birthday is on Friday and I am already trying to think about what I am eating and what kind of cake I want - You only have one birthday a year and my family love to celebrate so I will be sure to workout all weekend!!!
Hey rachel thank you for stopping by my page. I went to lunch yesterday with my mom and my aunt and they decided they wanted Chinese buffet so it's hard to know just how many calories I took in! With my run, I probably stayed in range.
... Start Wednesday? My shifts should get a bet beter from here on out - just this week is he worst. The challenges are doing me good, so I'm up for more. And it is tough, but then it is a CHALLENGE ;)
