I joined SparkPeople on 01-05-10, really began my weight loss interest on 10-10-09. I started this site because I doubled in size, from a 9 to an 18. I always put it off to start another day, or another week. But I've done that for far too long. So right after my birthday, I decided, ya know what, it is time for change. So this is it Sparkies! My goal? To see that size 9 again, maybe lower if my body isn't comfortable there. With toning and everything maybe another size, but we will just take this one step at a time.

I am changing the way I live my life, to be a healthier, happier, positive, stronger woman that has it all together.
