Fitness Minutes: 58,527

My Goals:
1) Working on my new and improved fitness streak! I'm currently at 170 days, headed towards 200 if I can! (remember, this isn't extreme - I only need 10 minutes to keep the streak alive)



2) Make SparkPeople into a company that helps millions of people (I'm the Founder and CEO of the company and am passionate about helping people reach their goals!).


My Program:
I do a well-rounded fitness program that I can fit into a very hectic lifestyle (having a young company and 2 young boys is challenging!) - most of my fitness program can be done at home. This includes cardio, strength (mostly pushups, crunches, lunges, body squats, and other body weight exercises), sprints and jump rope, stretching, and tennis-specific practice.

My wife helps me eat fairly healthy and I help motivate her on fitness - we're a good team!



Personal Information:
I live with my wonderful wife Karina in the San Francisco Bay Area (even though SparkPeople is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and that will always be my hometown).


Other Information:
My wife Karina and I have 2 young and active boys. I love seeing them mimic my exercise. Some of our best quality time is exercising together, they love exercising - especially bouncing on a mini-trampoline.

    Hey SparkGuy -- love your site but find the food tracker difficult to use as a gluten intolerant person. The food tracker is only a way to record what I ate and I find no meal suggestions to help with my diet. This is serious for so many of us -- millions who are celiac or gluten intolerant. Am I missing something to help avoid gluten containing suggestions on the meal plans? I even looked into avoiding Glutamic Acid on your meal plan -- but I don't think that's wise or the answer from what I have read. Thanks for reading this request. I really do love your site and mean no disrespect by posting this. SP has helped me so much and I do appreciate what you have done.

    altho i so enjoy this site i find a few things that arent covered in ways of activities & exercise, A lot of us Mid West gals were are in a Ranching or Farm/Ag lifestyle i found nothing to cover any of the activities we do on a daily basis...
    lot of us dont have the time for a 'gym' or excercise classes as our 'work out might include droppin haybales load /unload 50 - 100 # bag of feed feedding livestock cleanin stalls any way u get what im sayin i hope you might take this into consideration if any changes be made in the activity area

    Awe, You touched me. I can't believe you remember meeting me in Cincinnati! Of all the people you encounter, thank you.
    I hope to meet Jordan some time soon. I still get together with different sparkers - Like Anne Dawson and Lynn Youngblood Aufman and I had lunch a week and a half ago. Thanks to you and sparkpeople I have very dear, life long friends. Hope all works out well for this Spark Pittsburgh Challenge.
