Breakfast! 1 serving of Bob Mill's Oats, 51g of blueberries, plus unpictured 3 egg whites and 1 large whole egg. Tons of nutritious food for about 350 or so calories. 👍
And the eggs! Oh I added a side of steamed spinach too. It's not a bunch because I have hypothyroidism so I have to watch my cruciferous/leafy vegetable consumption.
This sparkling water is so good! They have other flavors too but coconut is my favorite. ❤️
My purple sweet potato from yesterday. These are so good! They taste similar to a regular sweet potato and have similar nutrition. The purple just have tons of antioxidants. 👍🏻
I love when I hit the perfect number on the scale without even trying. Frozen blueberries and eggs for breakfast. 👍I'm saving all my heavy carbs for after my workout cause I'm always starving then. What are you having for breakfast?
Having some yogi tea to end the day. First time trying the kombucha flavor and it is 👌🏼. The quote was "The art of happiness is to serve all." Isn't that the truth?

Just saw this on Pinterest and had to post. This is definitely what sucess looks like, well, with a few failures thrown in there too. But the main thing is to try your best, give it your all, and when you fall down, get right back up. I've been having a rough go of it lately with trying to stick to my meal and fitness plans so I'm telling myself this. Just get back up and try again. So that's what I'm doing. 👍🏻
#justdoit get it done, friends! Sometimes you just have to make yourself get that workout in or pass up that donut. Mm mm donuts. 😉 but in the end, it's worth it. Right?
