My delicious fuel I mean food for the work week! Breakfast has omega goji Berry oatmeal with vanilla almond milk and side of blueberries and skim iced latte snack is vega one shake. Lunch and dinner are veggie packed salads. Lunch las low fat cheese dinner has shrimp or bacon and after dinner snack is Kashi bar! I also have another iced latte in afternoon and plenty of water! Quinoa is my carb of the week for both lunch and dinner salads!

What's in your fridge??? Beverage Edition: Various Natural Coconut Waters, Cafe Coconut Water with coffee, Brita Water pitcher, 2L of Skim Milk and a 1L of Unsweetened Almond Milk for my oatmeals! No Pop or Sugary juices in my house! Keep that nasty garbage away from me thank you :)
This is my Wellness Pantry! I keep all my non fridge healthy items here top shelf has mostly my seed mix and all my vega items, my detox tea and Evians for when I need it and bottom shelf is all my grains/beans/lentils/peas and healthy carb/ breakfast items!

Back in the day this was me! At 28 I had extremely high unhealthy cholesterol levels, triglycerides through the roof and diagnosed type 2 diabetes already with some complication! Now almost at 31 this August I'm off all Meds, 120lbs smaller and have normal non diabetic numbers! Only 15lbs away from goal! We can do this! It is possible!

Today's Breakfast, homemade oats with flax seeds, dried fruits, Almonds and SF vanilla. Unsweetened Almond milk and a side of blueberries.
Today's Lunch is a Sweet Kale salad with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and lots of greens and cabbages. Quinoa for my startch and low fat cheese for my protein!!! Delicious!!!

Tonight's healthy dinner! Potato Crusted Cod Filet served with steamed Broccoli cheese and a sweet potato and apple herb bake with flax oil drizzle! Proper balance of lean protein, complex carbs and non starch veggies!
Delicious Ripe strawberries and tasty iced cold latte with skim!
Tuesday's dinner was Stand and Stuff Tacos (hidden under all the greens) made with extra lean Turkey ground meat. Topped with low fat 15% MF cheese and guacamole, con Queso and topped with Arugula and Spinach! Served with Arugula and strawberry salad with balsamic dressing. #healtheating #balancedmeal. Weight loss never tasted this good!
Wednesday's dinner was a homemade beef and cheese lasagne served with strawberry arugula spinach and mozza salad. Notice how the green salad takes up 50% of the plate and the carbs from pasta noodles and fruit and the protein from low-fat cheese and beef are the other 50% #perfectplate. Weightloss never tasted so good!
Where's the Veggies John? It's the pasta! Yup tonight I turned Zucchinis into pasta noodles for our veg portion! #hiddenveggies we tossed it in a creamy low fat Alfredo sauce and cooked diced pork strips! So that's protein for carbs we chose southwest whole grain rice and beans mix from PC blue menu brand so it's high fibre! #balancedmeal. Weightloss never tasted so good!
Today's brunch! Simple and Fit Veggie Egg white Omelet with fruit salad! 330cal meal! Yummy! Weightloss never tasted so good!
Tonight's dinner was a Seafood crab and shrimp club sandwich with Wholly Guacamole 100cal original, low sodium bacon and served on Silverhills Steady Eddy Bread with light mayo. Sides were a garlic balsamic parmesan grilled zucchini pieces and side arugula and spinach salad with low cal dressing. Weightloss never tasted so good!
This Mornings Smoothie:
Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 scoop vega one Chocolate
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 serving librete Organic 0% Greek yogurt
1 Fiber One Chocolate chip or chocolate brownie 90 cal soft square
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

My Post Workout Recovery Green Protein Smoothie! This is the best after gym workout smoothie! I enjoy this with a medium banana and I'm all set!
1 scoop of Vega Sport Vanilla Recovery Protein
1 scoop Vega Recovery Accelerator
1 scoop North Coast Naturals Ultimate Daily Greens
1 handful of Spinach and baby Kale
1.5 cups Filtered water
1 small squirt of Mio sport (any flavour) but I used black cherry
Ice 5-6 cubes
Blend and enjoy!
Last Nights Dinner! A Bacon, Shrimp and Guacamole Strawberry Salad with Arugula and Spinach topped with Poppyseed dressing! Also had some goat cheese and pistachios in as well!
Homemade Flatbread Pizza with Salami and low fat cheese on flatout flatbread with a side creamy Broccoli cheese for veggies! Yummy!

Found these new Pasta Noodles at the Low Carb Grocery only 6 carbs all FIBER! Great protein and only 25 cals per box. Just drain salt to taste and toss in hot pan with sauce and done takes 2mins tops! Super awesome I'll let you know how they taste tonight! Making fettuccini carbonara with peas and bacon Alfredo for dinner with salad!
Final Product of Sunday's Dinner:
Used "NuPasta" Angel Hair Noodles to make a Carbonara with pancetta and shrimp with a creamy low fat Alfredo sauce and spinach/arugula greens salad for veggies portion!
Wednesday's Dinner was a Rachel Ray Recipe only I adjusted to make it healthier by using healthier subs and it came out so Great both me and Hubs loved it! Success! Plus down 2lbs today so this thing is really working!

These cod Filets were crusted with Bruschetta Twistos crackers and served with fat free tarter sauce. The cauliflower which is more than half the plate #veggielovin is Tossed in a cheese sauce, hence the colour.

Today had this Tropical raspberry smoothie #vegaproducts #greens. Used Kale and spinach greens, Vega Tropical Tango protein smoothie blend and Vega pineapple mango vitamin stick plus water and orange mango sugar free flavour. Yummy!!! Had it with my morning iced latte and whole grain oatmeal.
