A timeline, from 252 pounds to 136.
My first 5K, when I was only on Week 7 of Couch-to-5K. That's my baby, doing the last bit with me.
My big boy, so proud of me (but disappointed that I didn't get a trophy).

My third 5K. That's not my official time; it took 15 sec. to get to the start line. I did 41:30!
