It was a bear of a challenge and multiple times, I wanted to give up on this race. I had to dig deep and finish as strong with whatever strength I had left. Today many people will be tackling the very same course as I did 3 years ago. Go Spartan! I had a great time at the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo with my mom. Another great 3 a.m. workout at the gym. Back in training for Bay Bridge 10k. I ran for 43 minutes without stopping and with intervals inclined up to 5. I haven't been able to train in weeks, because of my Plantar fasciitis. So, I'm pretty proud of myself being able to go that long without stopping. Also, strength training legs and arms, but the best pair was the massage chair and HydroMassage Bed. Chesapeake Bay Bridge 10k complete! My birthday cake.
