Small Goal Challenge: give myself 1 complement a day. Today, I look and feel amazing in my sparkly gold Dorothy shoes. I'm so excited that I can wear these again! My efforts are paying off :-)
Hubby is as work and my son is still in bed. This is a very rare moment of peace. I am fueling up with coffee and eggs so I can rock my long run today.
My stretch partner today. It felt great after a 3 Mile run/walk, my longest since October.
I think I worked my arms too much. My muscles are bunched up at my elbow, which is making my wrist hurt like crazy. Lots of water and stretching tomorrow.
