Lunch out - Pita Pit - Salad with chicken breast and bacon strips
Mini meat loaf, parmesan roasted sweet potatoes and vegetables.
Roast chicken with fresh strawberries and cream.
Breakfast - 3 eggs, 1/2 gala apple, 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Lunch - Salmon patties, baked sweet potatoes, potato skin and salad with flax oil.
