Set up my new fitbit tonight. The app lets me use both devices and they seem to sync together! Woot!

Lunch - pear, cheese, chipped beef. It's what I can grab at the moment.
Not pictured 2 tbls guacamole. I opened the wrong can of veggies but it all worked out.

I'm not sure I will get the peanut butter Flip again. The topping was good but the yogurt was too tart with it.
Doesn't look as appetizing as it is... Loaded baked potato with extra green onions..
Dang it! I broke my 3,000+ streak. I was too tired to care last night after OT at work. Today I try again.
Holiday morning weighin. Down 0.8lb is incentive to stay on track over the long weekend so it is official for next week.
Brunch... Steel cut oatmeal made with almond milk topped with warmed cranberry relish and ginger dusted toasted almonds. Toasted almond coffee with almond milk as a chaser :)
Brunch...Small banana and 2 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter.
It might be a false low but down 3.4 from last week.
Dinner - Quick salsa chicken over rice with green beans.
Snack so I could take a vitamin without a stomachache :)

Darn it... Was exhausted and didn't check before l went to bed. Back to 3000+ streak day 1. At least my monthly average is 3000+ right now :)
3oz baby carrots with 1 tbsp ranch, small baked potato topped with homemade chili.
Too bad I don't need to Christmas shop everyday. I'm already hurting...tomorrow is going to be a bear.
Well... 9 lbs lost in 8 weeks during the holidays - I wish it was more but certainly can't complain.

Convenience lunch - no time to run out but today is free freggies at work.
Lunch - small can of tuna mixed with dill relish, lemon evoo, and black pepper over salad mix. And for gf crunch - low salt potato chips crushed. Turns out the mayo going sour wasn't a bad thing as I tried something new and used way less.
Trying something new... Hoping it is tasty.
Breakfast a bit lat but better than the never of most days this month.

This month's Bubbles and Brushes. New Orleans... Hey they had color run powder in the Mardi gras parade. :)
Blackberry raspberry smoothie and 2 eggs scrambled. I feel much better after ordering this than when I would get a veggie egg skillet and only eat half.

Woke up to the leaves changing on September 1st.
The local pancake house has started to make gluten free waffles, toast, and pancakes. Oh boy... I cried a bit as it was way better than the frozen and I didnt have to make it. A nice Holiday weekend treat for me.
Breakfast! Yum. Now to figure out where to buy them lol.
The glare cut out some off the numbers but I finally met my short term goal!! On to 215!

DH says I need more protein and i know he is right. Trying the Coconut Creme Oikos Triple Zero with 1/4 cup sliced almonds. Not as overwhelmed by the stevia in this one but its still there.
Forgot my carrots... Grrr. Oh well more for later ðŸ˜
Still missing the carrots but at least I avoided chips today ðŸ˜€
