Beginner shred workout 1 day 2! Done!
No treadmill today, nice walk down the road with my dog after the bus picked up my son :)
Workout done, 20 minutes of one of my favorites! An oldie but a goodie :)
Love seeing the changes to my nearby forest preserve every week :) this was on Tuesday.
Fit bit only counted 34 minutes but it got all my steps so oh well. 40 minutes 1.99 miles.
Mediterranean tuna pasta toss from an old pampered chef cookbook. SO GOOD!! Forgot a pic til after we were done ;)
Spinach tomato feta scramble... Yum!
1 hour hike done :)
My day so far! Next up some gardening!
