Another beautiful Montana morning Sometimes I need to remember to take it day by day and that everyday is a fresh start. Trying some canned chicken breast in my salad today. Not a big meat person in my salad but I'm lovin this! Afternoon snack and only 119 calories, yummy!

Well I said I was back to tracking, not staying in range lol. Seriously though it's better than Ive been doing so I'll take it. Ahhhhh that's better Whoopsie. But I did get my steps in and I tracked when I new is he over and really didn't want to see it. So two wins and a loss in my books. Did this all by myself and had there been video you'd see my feet flailing trying to get over. I did it but we had a good laugh after about it.

Didn't get my steps but adjusted was still able to stay in range food wise.
Need to get better at tracking my food on weekends but I did good on steps on Sunday! Day two of meeting my step goal and day one of staying in range.

Yesterday was my cheat day but I made sure to get my steps in. My week in numbers. If you add all the times I was under I think I did good for my cheat day and going over. Might have met my step goal but yesterday was one of those days when I felt hungry all day. Not happy about it but gonna move on.

Day 9 with the step goal!
Steps going strong so far. Day 12. Should have paid more attention to my mileage. Didn't realize I was so close. Friday's, Saturday, and Sunday's stats. Went more over on Saturday than I wanted to. Note to self, do not wait to log your food until Monday. 14 day streak with the steps though, woo hoo!!!

Struggled with posting this today since I fell so hard off the wagon. Had my parents over and we bbq'd burgers and ate outside, I just relaxed and enjoyed it. Tonight will be hard too. Hubs and I are going out for our 11th anniversary. Some days you just need to enjoy and not count calories.
