Sometimes I need to remember to take it day by day and that everyday is a fresh start.
Trying some canned chicken breast in my salad today. Not a big meat person in my salad but I'm lovin this!

My Easter week. Not too shabby. Last night we got in too late for to get my steps in, 12 hours in a car makes you want to just go to bed.

Fitbit stopped syncing last night so i had no idea where I was sitting in steps or food wise. Guess I could have had more spaghetti.
Favorite part about Sunday's is hitting my steps before noon
Didn't really want to share since I went so totally over my calories but it keeps me accountable. And now I know On The Border is a once in a blue moon thing too.
Not terribly bad. Not sure if I'll hit my goals today. Right calf is acting up and with my race being Saturday thinking I need to just take it easy.

Vegas Spartan course map. It's hard to read but I'll summarize it for you, 9 miles of desert hell
2 races left to earn my trifecta.
I promise there is a blog coming about my Vegas Spartan. Until then, here are my results. Took waaay longer than I wanted but out of 9,500 racers, I'll take it.

Well I said I was back to tracking, not staying in range lol. Seriously though it's better than Ive been doing so I'll take it.

Whoopsie. But I did get my steps in and I tracked when I new is he over and really didn't want to see it. So two wins and a loss in my books.
Did this all by myself and had there been video you'd see my feet flailing trying to get over. I did it but we had a good laugh after about it.
Missed the mark on the food but not by much.

Didn't get my steps but adjusted was still able to stay in range food wise.
Need to get better at tracking my food on weekends but I did good on steps on Sunday!

Yesterday was my cheat day but I made sure to get my steps in.
My week in numbers. If you add all the times I was under I think I did good for my cheat day and going over.
Might have met my step goal but yesterday was one of those days when I felt hungry all day. Not happy about it but gonna move on.

Day 12. Should have paid more attention to my mileage. Didn't realize I was so close.
Friday's, Saturday, and Sunday's stats. Went more over on Saturday than I wanted to. Note to self, do not wait to log your food until Monday. 14 day streak with the steps though, woo hoo!!!
My Fitbit died and I didn't know it. Sad face. But I got 15 days in a row of meeting my steps. I'll keep it going.
Struggled with posting this today since I fell so hard off the wagon. Had my parents over and we bbq'd burgers and ate outside, I just relaxed and enjoyed it. Tonight will be hard too. Hubs and I are going out for our 11th anniversary. Some days you just need to enjoy and not count calories.
