I am really looking forward to my lunch today!
A friend of mine gave me this idea a while back... to track my progress on a monthly basis since this will take me at least 9-12 months at least to get to my goal weight/clothes. Each month I'm tracking the amount of weight I've lost. I didn't start on January 1st... it was shortly after though. For the month of January, I am down 10.6lbs! I notice a very tiny difference in how my clothes feel. I don't look different. But I know that's to come soon!
Didn't have time to make my lunch this morning so it threw stuff in a bag and ran lol... Making my breadless sandwiches with turkey, peppers, and guacamole. Thankfully I also had soup in my desk lol
So I have this... I can see a small difference... Which makes me feel good because I'm not feeling like I'm making progress because i don't work out as much. It took a lot for me to post this, please be nice! Lol
First day of the nicer weather that I walked to the gym and back. :)
forgot my fitbit at home so I got all this after 530pm lol... 3 hours of walking... some with the kids and some without. my lower body is sore!! lol but i got it
