had exclusive use of Windsor's Krump Park while waiting for Judith to finish PT. again this morning.
is back from a 6 mile run split for a 9 min Galloway Magic Mile at the end. That predicts a 5:06:45 marathon time, which unfortunately seems about right.
is back from a trail-run up and down Kennesaw mtn
went on a rope course with granddaughter, Maya, Saturday night at Andrettie's.
felt pretty good at Sunday's finish and is feels ready for the next one in Syracuse this Sunday.
I'm sure some of these people finished ahead of me, but at this point it's "Age before beauty".

finally has his physical access to the rest of the world restored.
shoveled snow all morning, got into my running clothes and drove to the road. Conditions went from clear to whiteout within the first mile. Had to turn around.
interupted his workout to help a deer that was frozen into snow up to its nose. Blog soon.

enjoyed an Easter that was more like Christmas.
received the new bike late yesterday. After about 45 minutes of minor assembly and adjustment it seems fine on the Park stand. Now for a test ride.
is back from a 16.5 mile test ride. Modern gearing levels the hills.
was home for dinner. Finished the century ride in 6 hrs. 19 min.
