Early morning Rockin Body workout after work. Didn't want to, but glad I did.
Post workout breakfast (coffee not pictured but it's most definitely part of it, lol!)
I guess there's some perks to being a security guard.. Lol. 4.34 miles walked in my 8 hour shift last night.
Fifth day of Rockin Body.. This sums up how I feel, lol!
This is NOT counting the hour long Rockin Body workout I did... Needless to say, I'm pooped!

Hungry but weigh in is tomorrow morning so don't want a heavy late snack.. Chopped strawberries and grapes topped with a dollop of whipped cream. Yum!
Crockpot chicken chili over broccoli slaw topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of Mexican cheese
Lunch today.. Bubble up enchiladas and a small salad, yum yum
Breakfast today... Delicious
Giant dinner salad... Spring mix topped with my buffalo chicken meatballs (4pp), cauliflower, green beans, tomato, cucumber, reduced fat cheddar (2pp), and Waldens Calorie Free Bacon Ranch dressing (0pp)
My grocery finds this week
Breakfast this morning cause I'm feeling indulgent.. 2 confetti Eggo waffles (5pp) topped with 2 tbsp of Cool Whip Free (1pp), strawberries (0pp) and my not pictured vanilla caramel coffee (2pp) total of 8pp
Very glad to see this loss after 2 weeks of gaining!
Left was in March, right was a couple nights ago. 23 pound difference, I guess I see it?
