Dr. Mercola (he's a medical doctor) on his web site explains how HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) can get us results in 14 minutes a day. TABATA training is another name for it. He has clips on YouTube.
When the body THINKS "oh, she is going to keep this up" it works to improve.
