This is the breakdown of what and when I eat.
Breakfast = ALWAYS a protein shake
Lunch and Dinner (average 95% protein, 5% carb).
Refuels = Oatmeal/Unprocessed Bran for 2 refuels, and typically a yogurt and small salad for the 3rd.

*Low carb Lunch and Dinner recipes change weekly.
