Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Eat for Health. Eat to Live. Mostly use meat as a condiment. Almost no dairy. No added sugar. Salads and Blended Salads and cooked greens daily. Use beans instead of bread. Use nuts and seeds at meals for fats, not oils. Fruits and dried fruits for sweeteners.
