He left the hospital at 2 PM and got home in middle of the afternoon Friday 10-17-14. He came home with the 1/4 tube going from his side into the soto cyst (with drainage bag) where the Nasty Abscess is. Still has the PIC-LINE in with the Infusion Pump for the ANTI-BIOTICS which he goes to Medical Building to have it changed everyday. He is happy to be home and out of the hospital. He is having problems with adjusting being home. In the hospital everything is done for you and when you get home you have to do things for yourself. He lives with 5 other people including his step cousin Gary. So there are plenty of people to spoil him and do a lot of things for him. When I had my surgeries, my heart attacks and all of my other hospitalizations I had no help at all. They call themselves a Family. It will tale time for him to get adjusted being home. I went through the same thing when I got home from the hospital too. I think a lot of people has the same problem too. His Insulin level is fine. His last known white count is 14,000.9. His appetite isn't that great yet . Give it time to improve. He will be having another CT Scan this week and then see the doctor for his follow up appointment from being out of the hospital 1 week. He is doing reasonably well for everything that he has been through. This is not over yet with him. My question is what are the chances of this abscess coming back once they have it all cleared up and gone??? We will not know anything more tell after his doctor appointment at the end of the week. He takes a pain pill at bedtime now. Has to be very careful how he moves, getting in and out of the car because if he moves the wrong way he gets a lot of severe pain. So Hang In There Son Things will get better for you. Mom is with you in Thoughts and in Spirit. God is With You. May God touch your body and heal you completely of this abscess and restore you to Good Health. And that I find a place to live. We asked these things in Jesus Name We Pray. Amen. Love You Son. We are all Praying for You. Get Well Soon. Thank You for your Prayers. too. God Blessings Always Ernie and Everyone. Very Thankful to God for everything he has done for Ernie, My Family and All Our Friends. Praising God for it. Amen.
